Although Kapili did not have the lowest estimate, they were competitive and stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire process before we made our decision. What made them stand out was their genuine concern to help us.

Kapili was very quick to respond for our request for a quote and sampling for our recently vacated rental property that had been left in very rough shape including damaged popcorn ceiling and floors. Due to age of the unit we were very concerned with asbestos contamination and needed to get confirmation before we could proceed with any renovations.
